- High load capacity of the 483 mm (19") profile rails of up to 1200 kg - Swivel handle with profile half-cylinder lock incl. type 333 key on the front door - Vertical cable ducts with cable routing aids and cover installed in the front panel - Modular, openable base chassis with removable 19" blind panels - Flexible cable routing options thanks to generous cable inlets with brushes in the roof, base and rear - Roof is prepared to accommodate a fan unit and an attached, removable cover - Ready for immediate use: Delivery is assembled (cabinet can be completely dismantled if required)
The network cabinets in the Unique series have been designed and produced for particularly convenient and flexible network cabling. Sophisticated optimizations offer market-compliant stability with maximum flexibility. A modular base chassis, which can be opened using screwed 483 mm (19") blind panels, offers sufficient space for cables of all kinds. In addition, there are side cable inlets with brushes at the top and bottom of the enclosure, as well as another at the rear of the base chassis. Rear brush strips above and below the rear door (from 26U) enable use in a wide range of application scenarios. Generous vertical cable ducts with cable routing aids and cover, installed in the front (from 800 mm enclosure width), perfectly round off the versatile features of the network enclosure. Two pairs of cranked and galvanized 483 mm (19") profile rails, labelled with height units that can be read in opposite directions, are installed inside. They are infinitely adjustable and are connected to additional depth struts in the cabinet. Each enclosure is a robust steel construction made from sheet steel up to 1.5 mm thick. The coloring takes the form of electrostatic powder coating in the standard colors grey (RAL 7035) and black (RAL 9005). Modular lockable and removable side panels and doors improve accessibility. Door hinges can be changed. Furthermore, the cabinets can be completely dismantled if required thanks to the demountable design. Depending on the application, all DIGITUS® Unique network cabinets can also be used as server cabinets, taking into account factors such as the weights and heat development of built-in components. The installation of perforated sheet steel doors in such variants ensures improved passive cooling of the installed components. For example, a model defined by DIGITUS® as a server cabinet is supplemented by rear PDU brackets in the standard configuration of the Unique Server-N series.

- Roof is prepared for fan units (punched out entries) - Lock system with pivot lever on front- and rear door - Base with punched out cable entry, covered with screwed metal plate
The Racks of the Dynamic Basic Series were designed for the user friendly installation of active- and passive network components accompanied by a neat cable management. Each rack consists of up to 1.5 mm strong steel sheet material which ensures a very good stability as a robust steel construction due to special plate curving technique. The color is created by powder coating in grey (RAL 7035) and black (RAL 9005). For certain conditions, where the set-up location is difficult to reach, the rack can be disassembled. Doors can be easily detached and the door stop can be changed from right to left. Furthermore the roof is ready for the mounting of an air ventilation unit. Each rack contains 2 pairs (4 pieces) of 483 mm (19”) profile rails inside which are galvanized and with height unit marking (countable from both directions). They are variable in depth and connected with additional depth support bars to realize extensive 483 mm (19”) equipment installations. An important aspect for each installation is the cable management. The base of each rack is equipped with a punched out cable entry covered with a metal plate, whereas the base of 800 mm width racks gets extended with additional punched out cable entries with plastic covers left and right. These are also placed in the roof (1x for 600 mm width cabinets, 3x for cabinets from 800 mm width. An extensive portfolio of accessories for cable management, shelves, etc. will help to meet many requirements in daily use.

The roof as well as the bottom is equipped with 19” dimensions blank panels (4U + 8U = total access of 12U)which allow any 19” assembly and are easy to change with other accessories like vented panels, brushed panels, sliding entry panels, etc. Cabinets with 800 mm width are outfitted with brushed cable entries all the way of depth on the left and right sides of top and bottom. Furthermore the 800 mm width cabinets from 32U are pre-configured with vertical cable management panels with a special fixing unit to the main frame, separated from the 19” profiles. Overall the main frame of varioFLEX cabinets is reinforced due to injected aluminum corner joints which give extra stability. Moreover they have heavy duty uprights, extra bended for high load capacities and the availability to assemble cable management rings.
- Protection class IP55 against water and dust ingress in accordance with IEC EN60529 - IK10 impact resistance tested in accordance with IEC EN62262 - 4-point locking of the front and rear door - incl. mounted base
The free-standing industrial network enclosures are specially adapted to the requirements of harsh environments in accordance with protection class IP55. The base chassis can be opened modularly thanks to its galvanized, screw-fastened panels. It is also equipped with a slide-on cable inlet with a foam rubber seal and PG cable glands. A plinth (100 mm) mounted under the enclosure provides more storage space for excess cable lengths. Two pairs of galvanized 483 mm (19") profile rails, labelled with height units that can be read in both directions, are installed inside. They can be adjusted in depth and are connected to additional depth braces in the cabinet. Each enclosure is a robust steel construction made from sheet steel up to 2.0 mm thick. All-round profile perforation supports a wide range of installation options in the cabinet. The coloring takes the form of electrostatic powder coating in the standard color grey (RAL 7035). The adhesion according to EN ISO 2409: Class 0 to 1 and the 500-hour salt spray resistance test confirm a possible operating temperature of -25 °C to + 70 °C. The removable side panels, fastened with countersunk screws, and doors including swivel handle with profile half cylinder, improve the safety of accessibility.

Two pairs of galvanized 483 mm (19”) profile rails labeled with rack units readable in both directions are installed on the inside. Their depth is adjustable and they are connected to additional depth bars in the cabinet. Each cabinet is made of up to 1.5 mm thick sheet steel. Coloring is done with electrostatic powder coating in the standard colors gray (RAL 7035) or jet black (RAL 9005). Side walls and doors that can be locked or removed in a modular design improve accessibility. The door hinges can be switched. Furthermore, the cabinets can be completely dismantled if necessary due to their collapsible design.

The DIGITUS® Unique Series is made for high demand IT-Infrastructure Solutions - designed and developed on highest standard in Germany
- Special roof construction for fan unit with added lid which can be unmounted - Sliding cable entry with rubber sealing on the base - Locking system with swiveling lever handle on the front and rear door (prepared for profile half cylinder; adapter included) - Steel front and rear door with 70% perforation for improved air circulation & heat discharge - Rack is completely mounted
The network cabinets from the Unique series were developed for especially convenient and flexible network cabling. Inlets in the roof and floor equipped with brushes (starting with 26 rack units and a cabinet width of 800 mm), a sliding inlet in the floor structure with foam rubber seal and brush management panels on the back above and below the rear door (starting with 26 rack units) enable versatile use in a wide range of application scenarios. Vertical cable channels with brackets installed next to the profile rails (starting with a cabinet width of 800 mm) round off the design. An offset, removable cover with ventilation slits ensures enhanced air circulation. This features a special design for easy mounting of a fan module.
