The Racks of the Dynamic Basic Series were designed for the user friendly installation of active- and passive network components accompanied by a neat cable management. Each rack consists of up to 1.5 mm strong steel sheet material which ensures a very good stability as a robust steel construction due to special plate curving technique. The color is created by powder coating in grey (RAL 7035) and black (RAL 9005). For certain conditions, where the set-up location is difficult to reach, the rack can be disassembled. Doors can be easily detached and the door stop can be changed from right to left. Furthermore the roof is ready for the mounting of an air ventilation unit. Each rack contains 2 pairs (4 pieces) of 483 mm (19”) profile rails inside which are galvanized and with height unit marking (countable from both directions). The new varioFLEX cabinets are designed and produced for cabling and networking components. Our planners and designers came together to create a special 19” cabinet range never seen before. Due to specific optimizations, the varioFLEX series offers maximum stability and flexibility for every need. The front door consists of a complete metal frame with 4 mm tempered safety glass, reinforced with metal fixings which give extra stability. Server cabinets are equipped with 70% perforated front and rear doors. A special lock system is present on front as well as rear doors. Cabinets with 800 mm width are equipped with a double opening back door incl. 3-point locking mechanism. 270° door opening angle ensures best accessibility at all times. All side panels are lockable and equipped with two pieces of snap latches each, for easy removing. Every cabinet is equipped with galvanized 19” profiles mounted on the front and rear side, which are connected to the main frame on depth bars from three points left and right each. They are adjustable in depth and with height unit marking. The Dynamic series network cabinets have been developed for simple and particularly cost-optimized network expansion. Sophisticated positioning of the cable inlets ensures effortless installation depending on the application. In the floor chassis, this is located centrally at the rear, protected by a screw-fastened cover plate. Enclosures from 800 mm width are additionally extended by cable inlets with plastic covers on the left and right. These are also integrated in the roof (1 x for 600 mm enclosure width, 3 x for 800 mm enclosure width). The roof chassis is also provided with a punched-out area to accommodate a fan module. Two pairs of galvanized 483 mm (19") profile rails, labelled with height units that can be read in both directions, are installed inside. The Server Racks of the Unique Series were designed for the user friendly installation of active- and passive network components accompanied by a neat cable management. The color is created by powder coating in grey (RAL 7035) and black (RAL 9005). All doors can be easily detached and the door stop can be changed from right to left. The roof is present with an added perforated cover for a better air circulation Furthermore the roof is ready for the mounting of an air ventilation unit. Each server rack contains 2 pairs (4 pieces) of 483 mm (19”) profile rails inside which are galvanized and with height unit marking (countable from both directions). They are variable in depth and connected with additional depth support bars to realize extensive 483 mm (19”) equipment installations. With a load capacity of up to 1000 kg they can cope perfectly with server applications. The side panels are horizontally divided which ensures best accessibility to the mounted equipment. Furthermore the roof is ready for the mounting of an air ventilation unit. Each network rack contains 2 pairs (4 pieces) of 483 mm (19”) profile rails inside which are galvanized and with height unit marking (countable from both directions). They are variable in depth and connected with additional depth support bars to realize extensive 483 mm (19”) equipment installations. An important aspect for each installation is the cable management. The base of each rack is equipped with a sliding cable entry panel with rubber sealing. Racks from 26U are equipped with two cable entries with brush strips on the rear side above- and underneath the door. For cabinets with 800 mm width, the possibilities of cable management get enhanced with additional cable entries with brushes left and right in the top and base chassis. Furthermore there are mounted vertical cable ducts with shutter left and right to the 483 mm (19”) profile rails in the front (on cabinets from 32U and 800 mm width). The free-standing industrial network cabinets are specially adapted according to protection type IP55 for the requirements of harsh environments. The floor structure can be opened in a modular design thanks to its galvanized, bolted panels. In addition, it is equipped with a sliding cable inlet with foam rubber seal as well as PG cable glands. A plinth mounted under the cabinet (100 mm) provides extra storage room for excess cable lengths. Two pairs of galvanized 483 mm (19”) profile rails labeled with rack units readable in both directions are installed on the inside. Their depth is adjustable and they are connected to additional depth bars in the cabinet. Each cabinet is made of up to 2.0 mm thick sheet steel. A wraparound profile perforation supports a wide range of installation options in the cabinet. Coloring is done with electrostatic powder coating in the standard color gray (RAL 7035). The adhesion capacity according to EN ISO 2409: Class 0 to 1 as well as the 500-hour test carried out for resistance against salt spray, demonstrates a permissible operating temperature from - 25 °C up to + 70 °C. The removable side walls, fastened with countersunk screws, as well as doors including swing handle with profile half-cylinder, improve the security of access.
