Description
Our TZe tapes can be used to label far more than just stationery and containers. Due to their unique laminated design, these labels can withstand abrasion, chemicals, water, hot and cold temperatures, and harsh light.
Unlike many consumer labels, Brother labels can be used outside, in the freezer, in the dishwasher and in the garden. They’re also the most hygienic label on the market – they can be used in labs and hospitals as well.
This black on yellow 4m x 12mm tape is for use with our PTP300BT, PTH110, PT2030, PTD400, PTD600, PT2730 and PTP700, PTP750W, PTE100VP, PTE300VP, PTE550WVP label makers.
Our TZe tapes can be used to label far more than just stationery and containers. Due to their unique laminated design, these labels can withstand abrasion, chemicals, water, hot and cold temperatures, and harsh light. Our Flexible ID Tape is made
with special adhesive that sticks well to insulations and to itself, making this label perfect for wire wrapping, cabling and for use on other curved surfaces.

TZ and TZe labels have an extra-strength adhesive; they’ll stick –and stay stuck – to acrylic, glass, OVC, stainless steel and even polyester-coated wood.

Can I wipe Brother labels clean?
Yes. That’s why you’ll find the Brother TZ/TZe range in delis, butchers, and even hospitals.
Can these labels cope with extreme temperatures?
Yes. They’ve been designed to withstand temperatures as high as 150°C and as low as -80°C. This means you can safely use labels on containers or cups, as well as in your dishwasher and even your oven. At the other extreme, the tape is tough enough to label containers in your freezer (which usually only reaches -17°C).
Will these labels fade, curl or peel off?
No. They’ve been designed to maintain their condition under various circumstances. You’ll get more wear and tear out of a Brother label.
Can these labels be used outside?
Definitely. These labels can withstand exposure to wind, rain and sun. This makes them perfect for tasks such as identifying plants in the garden or labelling your letterbox.
Will these labels cope with exposure to chemicals?
Yes. Our labels are chemical resistant and won’t fall apart or fade if you do spill liquid on them. They’ll easily handle tasks such as labelling recycled chemical bottles in the garden shed.
